Delivery Services

3-5 DAY STANDARD DELIVERY £3.50/ Tracked no signature

1-3 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY £4.50 / Tracked no signature

NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDER BY 4PM £6.95 / Tracked and signed for

EUROPEAN 7-10 DAY DELIVERY £15 / Tracked

INTERNATIONAL 10-14 DAY DELIVERY £15 / Tracked

The cut off point for Next Day Delivery is 4PM, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please calculate all delivery services in working days, our courier does not deliver on national/bank holidays nor will orders be dispatched on these days.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and are tracked to your door. Next Day Delivery requires a signature upon delivery.

If you require proof of delivery please order on a signed for service.items MUST be returned within 14 days for a refund.

They MUST be in brand new condition as received, unworn with all tags still attached.

In order to return an item(s) please complete the returns section of the invoice included in your parcel.

We aim to process all refunds within 48hrs of receiving your item.

A full inspection will be carried out upon receipt of all returns.

Lynn's-Looks.co.uk reserves the right to reject items returned after the return period or which are not in original condition and do not meet our conditions.

REASONS YOUR ITEM WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED:

Make up, fake tan, deodorant or moisturiser marks/stains.
Significant signs of wear - the item may be out of shape or clicked in places which indicate wear.
Tags are no longer attached
The item is scented with odour - this includes bodily odour, deodorant and perfume
We suspect the item has been washed or tampered with
The item is not in its original packaging or returned without an invoice
The item is damaged in any way which is not a fault - i.e torn, clicked or snagged
WHEN TRYING ON ITEMS: When you are trying an item you may need to return, please ensure you are not wearing make up, fake tan or anything else which may mark or stain the item. Please handle with care ensuring the item is not damaged in any way. After reading our policy, please ensure your item meets our requirements before returning.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

We accept returns on hair extensions which may be unsuitable or the wrong colour within 14 days.

To qualify for a refund on hair extensions:

Hair must be unworn (this means you cannot try them in for any reason)
In their original condition just as you received them
Must still be protected by the hair net included
All tags must still be attached, this includes the plastic tag attaching the hair piece to the cardboard slip in your packaging
In original packaging - hair returned which is missing any packaging will not be accepted
If you need to check your hair extensions match your own hair, you can remove them from the plastic slip, lift the hair net leaving the hair attached to the cardboard slip and hold against your own hair gently blending.
